Project Objective:

This project aims to develop a framework for measuring the contribution of the digital economy to the gross domestic product (GDP), by working on achieving the following:

• Defining the digital economy
• Determining the components of the digital economy
• Defining a statistical methodology to measure the digital economy contribution to GDP.

Project Outputs:

• Defining the digital economy in accordance with national trends in this regard.
• Determining the components of the digital economy.
• Defining a clear methodology for measuring the digital economy economic contribution.
