Implementation Tracks for the Government Digital Transformation Programme

Four practical tracks have been identified that help achieve the national vision and directions for the program, where each track has its goals, indicators and projects.

Excellence in E-services track

  1. Raise the Sultanate’s rank in the e-services development index of the UN e-government survey.
  2. Classify government services and document and simplify their procedures to enhance their efficiency and improve the quality of their delivery.
  3. Raise the standards and quality of digital channels to achieve a rewarding user experience.
  4. Increase availability and accessibility to e-services through smart and mobile devices.
  5.  Increase the number of open government data for vital sectors.
  6. Raise the quality of digital channels that provide smart services to achieve a rewarding user experience.
